John Phillip Miller Foundation Fund
Donations

The John Phillip Miller Foundation Fund is housed by The Community Foundation for the Central Savannah River Area. The purpose of this Fund is to keep John Phillip Miller’s spirit alive by telling others of his gifts of mercy and humbleness. It was also established to make gifts to worthy organizations in order to lend a helping hand to those less fortunate. All donations made to the Fund are tax deductible.

The Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) grant making public charity as determined by the Internal Revenue Service (EIN #58-2184345). The Community Foundation will acknowledge all donations made to the John Phillip Miller Foundation Fund via a substantiation letter for the donor’s tax file.

Checks should be made payable to The Community Foundation, for the John Phillip Miller Foundation Fund. The mailing address is Post Office Box 31358, Augusta, GA 30903. The Community Foundation’s office is located in historic Enterprise Mill, 1450 Greene Street, Suite 228, Augusta, GA 30901.

Donating Online

Online Donation to the John Phillip Miller Foundation Fund

A new window will appear on your screen provided by Google Checkout™ payment and billing service, which will enable you to make a secure donation to The Community Foundation for the CSRA online using your credit card.

2. Sign in to your Google account if you already have one. If you do not have an account, you may easily create one by completing the fields on the left side of the web page and agreeing to Google's Terms of Service by clicking on the "Agree and Continue" box.

3. The next page you come to will be a summary of your donation information. Once you have reviewed the information and are ready to complete the donation process, click on the "Complete your donation" box.

3. The final page you come to will be your receipt. Print this page for your records. Also, near the middle of the page you are asked to contact the Foundation if you have questions about the order. Please click on "Contact The Community Foundation for the Central Savannah River Area" to provide the information listed below. If you are unable to contact us by clicking on the link, please send an e-mail to krice@cfcsra.org. The following should be provided:

(a) Donor(s) Name(s), address and phone number

(b) Date and Amount of Donation

(c) Designation of donation (John Phillip Miller Fund).

This information is requested to ensure that you will be sent a substantiation letter for your tax files and so that your donation can be credited to the proper fund.
